Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what Eric Haley Music collects, why we use it, who receives it, and the choices available to you.

Effective and last updated: August 17, 2026

Advertising notice: Pages in our producer-membership funnel use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure visits, booking interest, and confirmed calls. Section 5 explains the information involved and your choices.

1.Scope and Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to the Eric Haley Music public websites, applications and booking tools, member Studio and Community, and related services that link to it (collectively, the “Services”). Eric Haley Music is responsible for the personal information described here.

This policy does not govern a third party’s independent website, service, or privacy practices.

2.Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Identity and contact details: name, artist or business name, email address, phone number, profile details, and account credentials.
  • Applications and bookings: music links, genre, project descriptions, messages, timezone, selected appointment time, calendar and video-meeting details, and communications with Eric.
  • Membership and transactions: plan, subscription status, billing history, receipts, and limited payment-related details. Complete card information is handled by our payment provider rather than stored by us.
  • Creative and community content: music, recordings, files, images, video, messages, comments, reactions, project notes, and other material you upload or share.
  • Support and correspondence: information in emails, support requests, feedback, surveys, or other communications.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we and our providers may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP, referral and exit pages, pages viewed, links or buttons used, timestamps, session information, diagnostic data, and cookie or similar identifiers.

Information from others

We may receive information from payment providers, authentication providers, calendar and communications services, app platforms, analytics and advertising partners, and people who invite or share content with you.

3.How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, personalize, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • review applications, schedule calls, create calendar invitations and video links, and send confirmations;
  • create and secure accounts, process subscriptions and payments, and provide member features;
  • host and deliver the creative files, projects, messages, and community content you choose to share;
  • respond to questions, provide support, send service communications, and—with any consent required by law—send marketing;
  • measure website and advertising performance, understand which campaigns produce interest and confirmed calls, and build or reach relevant audiences;
  • detect fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
  • comply with law, enforce agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and protect people, rights, and property.

We may aggregate or de-identify information and use it for lawful business purposes when it can no longer reasonably identify you.

4.How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information in these circumstances:

  • Service providers: companies that provide hosting, databases, authentication, file storage, payment processing, email delivery, calendar and video meetings, analytics, security, support, and advertising measurement. Current core providers include Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Google, and Meta.
  • Other users: profile details, posts, files, messages, and interactions are visible to the people or community spaces you choose. Do not post information you do not want those recipients to see.
  • At your direction: when you ask us to send, publish, integrate, or otherwise share information.
  • Legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce agreements, investigate misuse, or protect the rights, safety, and security of Eric Haley Music, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define sharing identifiers with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged. Section 5 explains how to exercise related choices.

5.Cookies, Meta Pixel, and Advertising Choices

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the Services working, remember preferences, understand usage, prevent abuse, and measure advertising.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

Our producer-membership funnel uses Meta Business Tools, including the Meta Pixel in the browser and the Meta Conversions API on our server. These tools may tell Meta that a browser viewed the offer, reached the scheduling form, or completed a confirmed booking.

Information sent for measurement and matching may include the event name and time, page URL, a unique event identifier, IP address, browser user agent, Meta browser and click identifiers (_fbp and _fbc), and normalized, cryptographically hashed versions of the name and email address entered with a confirmed booking. Meta may combine this information with information it already has to provide measurement, attribution, audience, and advertising services. Browser and server copies of a confirmed booking use the same event identifier so Meta can avoid counting the same booking twice.

Meta handles information under its own policies, including the Meta Privacy Policy. You can review or change ad settings through Meta Ad Preferences.

Your choices

  • Use browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential storage may affect sign-in or other features.
  • Use industry opt-out tools such as YourAdChoices, the NAI opt-out, or Your Online Choices. These choices generally apply to the browser and device where you set them.
  • Email info@erichaleymusic.com to request that we stop using your information for targeted advertising where applicable law gives you that right.

Some locations require consent before non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used. If we offer location-specific consent controls, your selection applies as described in those controls. Browser privacy settings and opt-out tools may not prevent non-advertising measurement or communications that are necessary to provide a service you request.

7.Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing the Services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and context. We may retain backups for a limited period and retain de-identified information when it no longer identifies you.

8.Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

9.International Data Transfers

Eric Haley Music and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we rely on recognized legal transfer mechanisms and contractual protections.

10.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information as those terms are legally defined; or appeal a decision about a request.

To submit a request, email info@erichaleymusic.com and describe the right you want to exercise. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may request proof of authorization. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

If local law provides a right to complain, you may also contact the privacy or data-protection authority where you live.

11.Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate. People under 18 should use paid or community Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

13.Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Services, law, or our practices. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice when required.
